UPDATED: Pleasure P May Have a SICK Source of Pleasure

According to reports circulating around the web, Pleasure P. - formerly of Pretty Ricky is a child molester. And that's not it: the 4 year-old child he is accused of molesting was his own nephew. (Although there's a letter that was sent to blogger Necole Bitchie that identifies claims it was a girl)

As of right now these are strictly allegations but there are some pretty official looking papers that have been posted by the daughter of the attorney who represented Pleasure (real name Marcus Cooper) in the case.

But there seem to be some holes in the story also - conversations posted on twitter that are supposed to be between the daughter and a Pretty Ricky group member have the name of the group spelled Ricki and I would think they would know how to spell it.

And the dates don't really add up. This allegedly happened in when Pleasure P was 16 or 17 but the documents say 2006 which would make him only 19 or 20 right now and he's supposedly 24.

This also is suppose to be reason Cooper left the group. The other group members are claiming that he was kicked out.....

Right now I'm 50/50 true or false but I'll keep ya posted.

This is all very interesting. I'm anxious to see how it all plays out. Of course if it's true I have no sympathy for him (although, maybe he was a victim of child molestation (?) it would explain the lyrics) and deserves what to be dropped from the limelight but it will all be very unfortunate seeing as he has been nominated for a couple of Grammys for his solo project.

And here's the statement released on Pleasure's website:

“All of the recent rumors and accusations that are being circulated about me are 100% false. They are disgusting and vile; and they are being spread by individuals with their own sick agendas. The purported documents that are also being circulated are forgeries. I have never met or known anyone by the name of “AGoldstein” or Laura Goldstein or Ashley Goldstein, which I believe are fictitious names. I have never been represented by an attorney named Goldstein. For someone to go to such depths to assassinate my character and slander my good name is truly criminal. My attorneys are investigating this matter and will take all necessary and appropriate action to protect my name and reputation.”

Okay - now it's making a little bit more sense. He may have molested a kid when he was younger and was on some kind of list and when his name was ran for this current child it popped up. INTERESTING..................
