Book Review: Bitch is the New Black by Helena Andrews

I read this book because a friend suggested it to me. She told me that some of the things the author wrote sounded like things I would say... And I agree. The book is absolutely hilarious and a must read for any mid 20s to late 30s African American female to read.

For My Writters

I like to write and I've been working on completing my first novel. For those of you who enjoy writing as well, I found the following article very informative.

Basketball Wives: Tami vs. Evelyn

Okay - I don't keep up with Basketball Wives. I don't know why. I mean when I do catch it on the tube it's entertaining in that "these hoes are stupid" kind of way but I must admit - I've yet to set my U-verse up to record it. Anywho, today at work my co-worker was telling me about the foolishness that popped off between Tami and Evelyn and so I had to go and research it. In my opinion - Evelyn's trouble making ass could have kept that info to herself. I mean you claiming you didn't know he was married and now they're divorced so what's your point? Unless of course she knew all along she was the side chick and just didn't care and now that Tami's a part of their 'circle' the *ish was tearing away at her conscience. Anyway peep the vid.

New Music

There's been a lot of buzz around the net about this new artist Timothy Bloom. When I opened this video I was like wtf? The video does not speak to me but the song I absolutely LOVE! What y'all think?
